Beim ersten Termin schauen wir zu Beginn gemeinsam, was die Grundlinien der Konflikte sind und klären unterschiedliche Wünsche und Erwartungen an die Paartherapie. Beide Personen sollen Raum für eigene Darstellungen und Bedürfnislagen bekommen. Ich halte den Rahmen, moderiere und versuche klärend den Raum für die jeweils andere Perspektive zu öffnen. Es ist möglich Fokusthemen zu setzen und zu vereinbaren, dass ein bestimmtes Thema oder auch eine der Personen in der jeweiligen Sitzung besonders viel Raum bekommt.

We begin our first appointment with the clarification of the conflicts that brought you here. We clarify different expectations and wishes. What you wish to gain from the counseling for you and your relationship. What you expect from me, what from your partner and what from yourself. Both of you should have the opportunitiy and space to share your perspectives. My role is to contain and hold the setting, to moderate and clarify each perspective. If you want you can set a focus on certain topics or decide to give one person more space for their views in a session.

Counseling in english is possible, although i point out, that i’m not a native speaker.
